Capital OK set up the company Payment Solution and launched a new pre-paid co-branded card on WAY4 software payment processing solution. The card is designed to be sold at retail outlets and allows users to make payments, transfer money from card to card, and add credits to pre-paid cell phone services. It is aimed at people such as students and teenagers who want all the convenience of a credit card but who do not yet qualify for such services.
